When i first came across this work by Paulo Lim, i immediately though it was amazing. This work was used as the album cover for a band called Corporate Lo-Fi. The simple technique of cutting out coloured paper combined with the intricate detail of shadowing creates such a vibrant image. I will take this way of working to produce some of my own pieces of work.
